Certification of Conformity(COC)是新加坡的安全认证要求。
为保护消费者安全，新加坡政府颁布了《消费者保护(安全要求)法规2002》(Consumer Protection(Safety Requirements) Regulations 2002)代替1991年的《消费者安全保护规定》的要求，以实施新的《消费者保护（安全要求）注册计划》（Singapore Consumer Protection(Safety Requirements) Registration Scheme，简称CPS计划），从2002年4月1日开始强制实施。
目前新加坡对电磁兼容EMC没有强制要求。
